Tavish McHootenanny

Scots-born Tavish McHootenanny is the author of The New York Tomes' best-selling novel, A Beginners Guide to Beards. He teaches at Columbo University and is a columnist for the Tuffington Toast.

The debut novel, Blessed Are The Cheesemakers, was long-listed for the Hosta Book Award in 2012, and his short stories have been published in international literary journals including The New Yawper, McSweety's and The Paris Purview.

He lives in a cabin in Westmeath with his dog, Hopscotch.
